Edwin Powell Hubble was borned in Marshfield, Missouri, the 20 november 1889. He was a laywer for a short while before he got intrested of astronomi, then he started to studie at the university in Chicago and Yerkes observathorium. Edwin Powell Hubble got an Brucemedal in 1938. He died the 28 September, 1953.
